OK so if you are interested in affiliate marketing you have probably already heard of the Wealthy Affiliate University. I mean there are like a billion Wealthy Affiliate reviews out there saying how great it is, you must have seen some of them?

Like many people who didn’t know better, I joinned Wealthy Affiliate when I first started out in affiliate marketing. I was brand new to affiliate marketing and thought that it would be the key to help me to start making money online.
The Wealthy Affiliate University didn’t live up to the promise though.
When I used to be a member, the price was $47 per month however now I think it’s gone up to $97!! And that’s without any type of money back guarantee. That should be the first warning sign to look out for because any type of decent info product on the Internet includes a money back guarantee of some description.
So what’s wrong with Wealthy Affiliate?
It kinda offers training on every part of affiliate marketing, it’s just that the training itself only touches the surface of each method. It’s definitely an insight into the world of affiliate marketing for a beginner but it just doesn’t arm you with the tools you need to make any type of money online.
The article marketing course is pretty basic and consists of just a few pages of text. It’s so poor when you compare it to something like the 4 Day Money Making Blueprint which takes you by the hand and actually shows you exactly what to do with the aid of over 15 hours of video training!
Apart from the poorly organized training you are pretty much left to fend for yourself in the forum and try and find answers for yourself.
And that’s where one of the real problem lies, there are so many advanced members in there trying to sell you their own products that it’s actually pretty difficult to get any help without someone trying to sell you something!
As for the tools they provide, like the hosting and keyword tool they are all second rate and just not worth the money.
Is there anything good about Wealthy Affiliate?
Their PPC course is actually pretty decent, but it’s not something that beginners should try especially if you are on a budget. Most newbies think that Google Adwords and PPC is the quick answer to making money online but it isn’t!
Apart from that I really can’t think of anything else good about Wealthy Affiliate!
What about all the other Wealthy Affiliate reviews?
There are thousands and thousands of glowing reports of the Wealthy Affiliate so how can it be bad?? Well, most of the teachings in Wealthy Affiliate revolve around actually promoting the WA itself. Plus when you consider that there is a pretty big affiliate pay-out for bringing new members to the Wealthy Affiliate you can probably start to get the picture! I think with their new pay structure members receive about $50 per month for each new member they can bring which explains why every Wealthy Affiliate review says it’s so good.
This is in fact the biggest problem with the Wealthy Affiliate. It’s mainly just focused on training members to promote the Wealthy Affiliate. It’s a really good strategy by the owners of Wealthy Affiliate but it sucks for people who actually want to earn money online.
Is There an Alternative to the Wealthy Affiliate?
If you want to learn how to make money online and really understand affiliate marketing then you should try The Keyword Academy. The guys that run it are the real deal and their not just out to get your money.

I see your name links back to your crappy wealthy affiliate review site! You’re only saying it’s good because you’re an affiliate for Wealthy Affiliate! Do your self a favor and stop posting spam. If your idea of making money online is leaving comments on other WA pages then you need to rethink your stratergy!
For everyone else, just stay away from WA. This review says it all. if you want to make money online, WPGoldmine or KWA both have free trials and are both really helpful internet marketing forums.

Hey, you can’t be an affiliate to Wealthy Affiliate if you are not a member, so I’m a member and also an affiliate.
Wealthy affiliate is a great place to learn, it have tutorials for PPC,SEO,research,keyword,web site building…. anything you need to know + it have great video webinar + it have great tools for research and site building + it have unlimited web site hosting + it have a great great forum
So, yes, I do think it is great and if it wasn’t i wouldn’t pay my membership fee every month.

I am just starting online. I just started on a website for my wife and want to start selling beauty products. We have been looking into wholesalers and different products. I do like the idea of the education you gain from this site. But my concern is if you learn all of these tools and tricks but you don’t want to do affiliate and you want to leave you don’t get to take your websites with you. Is that true? Also you will get used to tools just for WA and you wont be able to use them in your personal site, without paying alot. Thanks for your help

I joined Wealthy Affiliate when the price was, I think, $35.00 a month. I learned so little, and was working on such a limited budget, that I simply couldn’t carry on.
The next thing I saw was that the price had shot up to $97.00 a month! Now, they have a sort of second tier course that costs $47.00 a month.
So, about a month ago, they were offering a trial course for $2.00. Like an idiot, I signed up. I went about three days over the one month limit, they snatched $47.00 out of my PayPal account and since they’re always going on about how ethical they are, I simply asked for my money back.
The excuse they give for not repaying me is that the money’s deducted ‘automatically!’ I just don’t know what’s going to happen.
However, the above is an excellent article and absolutely spot on. The truth is, it simply isn’t worth the money and if you do pay, but for any reason want a refund, I doubt very much whether you’ll receive one.

If you build your sites in WA you can take them with you when you leave. However, the hosting is crap and doesn’t even have Cpanel. You can get a Hostgator account for about $4 a month which is more than adequate when you’re starting out.

If you want to leave a message saying how good wealthy Affiliate is, don’t bother because I won’t approve it!
Every “pro” comment I get is just a WA affiliate, who wants a link back to their site. The only people who are pissed about this review are the WA affiliates!!
The funny thing is at the moment this page is no1 in Google for “Wealthy Affiliate review”!! It seems as though Google can do something right!!
The bottom line is The Keyword Academy is much better and has a 1 month free trial.

Man.. The pro WA comments keep coming.. Shame they’re not gonna get approved. Anyway if you really want to spread the word about “good” Wealthy Affiliate is just get your own site to no.1 in Google for “Wealthy Affiliate review”.
Shouldn’t be that hard if you just apply all their great teachings.

I got say, you have learned some good SEO somewhere. Getting a single post in .biz domain to the top spot for a competitive word like Wealthy Affiliate Review is no small feet.
Perhaps I need to check out keyword academy,huh ?
